That was too good from Daniil Medvedev who continued to gift points for Team Europe at 9-1 with just the doubles match to end Day 2 of 3, having fought a close first set rally v Denis Shapovalov 6-4 before he blew him away 6-0 in the second.

Shapovalov were on par with Medvedev in the beginning and although he was so short to winning the opening set but unable to find ways to rebound ever since & that gave his opponent an easy ride as Team World still yet to win when it comes to the singles matchups.

Neither team may not clinch the trophy first today should Team Europe win the upcoming doubles match they get another two points which goes to 11 out of a target at 13 but they are well in front towards an early finish tomorrow afternoon.
