NSW Waratahs may have fired off with two three-point goals. When the Queensland Reds were hit with early penalties. But bounced back after 12 of play. Thanks to half-back Tate McDermott who scored the first big score of the night.

Having finally ended their eight year drought against the Tahs in Sydney. As well as remain undefeated in the 2021 Super Rugby AU. So the Grand Final potential berth is theirs for the time being.
