GH this week 30 Mar-2 Apr. 2026: Blood, Sweat and Tears

GH 30 Mar-2 Apr. 2026: Nathan is revealed to be someone else after all according to Sidwell.

Blood, Sweat and Tears: the main headline of this week’s GH edition.

We know now the real identity behind “Nathan West” while Willow was hit with a crushing blow and emotions run high at Marco’s funeral.

Sports Benches has you covered with the GH weekly highlights as happy 63rd birthday to this iconic ABC daytime soap.

With sports, we’re taking the week off due to Easter and the NASCAR Cup Series off-weekend.

We’ll be back after next weekend for the Bristol Spring race but for now, check out my Indoor World Athletics interview with Team GB Heptathlete Ellen Barber:

Nathan is Someone Else

Rumour has it, Nathan West isn’t really Nathan West after all.

Instead, he’s Cassius Faison – twin brother of the dead Nathan West – according to a grieving Mr. Jenz Sidwell.

Sidwell ordered Cassius at Wyndamere to privately investigate his son’s (Marco) death, so the PCPD can lock Sonny away in Pentonville.

Cassius then showed up at Mr C’s bedside who is still alive unlike Marco which wasn’t quite the April Fools bingo card of 2026.

One can’t help but wonder that someone they love isn’t the man they thought he was: From girlfriend Lulu to son James West.

He was even behind Maxie’s cardiac arrest back in August with that zincite cream not to mention dumping a dead body of Dalton inside Laura’s car at the same crash site months later.

It’s a much tougher situation now with Rocco running away from trouble yet again whereas Lulu has nowhere to hide.

But history tells us the Spencers like Lulu’s mom (Laura Collins) have won battles before & same with Rocco if means protecting his loved ones from danger once again including Britt after he almost gunned down Mr C last week, maybe Cassius next time.

Marco’s Funeral

It was a day of mourning to farewell Marco Rios while tensions extend between rival mobs like Sonny v Sidwell.

At first, it wasn’t a good idea but Sonny insisted he should go. That way, he wanted to prove that he’s not the perpetrator behind Marco’s death with a knife at Alexis and Diane’s law firm by Mr C.

Unfortunately, Sidwell went full Drew Cain 2.0 once again who continues blaming Sonny before he will reap the rewards for the wrong reasons.

It’s not like he will wipe away tears thinking it was Lucas’ funeral if Lucas continues to eavesdrop internal conversations between father and son but the other way round.

What’s worse though that Pascal the tea butler lashed out at Lucas a day earlier as wondering if Pascal was also in a secret relationship with Marco?

Can’t believe Lucas decided to stay at Wyndamere than leave at the perfect time.

Wait until Sidwell receives word from Pascal how Lucas convinced Marco to save Britt & that’s another “own goal” right there.

Willow Tait: Power & Pressure

Willow Tait aka Congressman Cain has hit a brick wall after she eavesdropped on Kai and Trina about “Who Shot Drew?”

Also, Michael’s referral of having her grant Chase and Brook Lynn temporary foster care of baby Phoebe could also stun by surprise via the late mother, Delilah Wilson.

No wonder Willow’s ultimate goal is working quiet dangerously than expected at this rate. You never know what weapons she will bring to keep them quiet just like she did to Drew Cain who’s “locked-in” right now.

Just hoping Kai and Trina look out for themselves but at least he wants to stay as “undercover” when coaching kids sport is simply a side gig.

Same with Chase who continues to stand by his ex for so long — despite their previous relationship before Willow decided to go with another man then the next based on the Dawn of Day playbook.

Elsewhere, Brennan remains frustrated with Nina about finding Valentin as part of their two-way business deal.

Now he turns his attention to Jacinda as long as she can help him with inside info from Valentin’s daughter Charlotte.

Feel free to bring back the traffic cam footage because Nina should realise that her selfishness is what led to Drew’s downfall in the first place.

There’s nothing Nina can do to fix Willow’s real self who is so like her other twin: Nelle.
