Here’s another dairy-free snack or topping you should try at home which is the Bio Cheese Cheedar flavour slices that I’ve brought off my local supermarket at Woolworths yesterday. Although it doesn’t have a health star rating, but it’s still healthy to eat with plenty of benefits being shown there. I’ve shredded one slice across two small pizzas earlier today during lunch and they taste really good, especially when it’s so perfect for those who are on a meat-free/vegan diet.

I could’ve also brought the ready-made shredded version as far I’m aware of, but you pair up see the dairy-free sliced pack beyond pizzas such as burgers/wraps/sandwiches, as well as biscuits, pasta, garlic bread & many more of your choice.

In terms of price, it can be a bit expensive at around the $6 mark but it’s still worth the weekly eating budget when looking to keep healthy or stay away from dairy. See it for yourself & make dairy-free cheese your own regular lunch or snack craving.

Here’s some Greek Style yoghurt you can try for your next morning or afternoon tea craving thanks to Vitasoy, which contains with a hint of strawberry alongside a good source of calcium & protein.

They tasted really good as it’s really healthy to eat on the inside while they’re thick & creamy with so much natural pink flavour on the outside. Speaking of healthiness, it has a decent rating of 4.5 out of 5 too!! You can’t go wrong with this type of dairy-free & vegan yoghurt that can help you get on with your day ahead!!

It’s available to buy for only $2.70 (140g range) at your local Woolworths supermarket.

I had the chance to taste a different style of chips off when they arrived straight to my door from Amazon yesterday afternoon. Not only they’re healthy considering the natural flavour & layout on the outside, but these chips also taste better with some pinches of sea salt on the inside which is a really cool snack to crave sometime during the day.

The best part about it that they’re vegan, naturally cooked in sunflower oil, gluten-free, kosher & also locally owned here in New South Wales. And you can even try it with free delivery included on your first Amazon order here, as they may not be available on the major supermarket shelves but perfect to add for your next recurring or regular order with them online. Although, you can continue enjoying the free delivery benefits there as long as you buy a couple of items including this healthy snack if you can over the $39 threshold.

Here’s some purple sweet potato chips that is deliciously healthy and yummy to eat!! Yes, the picture does look like normal yellow potato chips you normally find everywhere but it’s not since they’re organically sweet either from your garden or at the supermarket or flea market.

All you have to do is peel these skinned sweet potatoes first, then you wash them and chop them up into thick cut slices before mixing it with some oil & salt and whack it over the air fryer for 11 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Although toss it over at the 8th minute & put it back again to make sure they’re well cooked – too easy!!

See it for yourself when you can try these healthier potato type chips for your next lunch or snack meal.

Here’s some awesome meat-free corn fritters that I brought off an independent supermarket the other day at IGA thanks to Bird’s Eye.

These corn fritters are nice & crispy on the outside, while they’re filled up with creamy corn kernels on the inside which gives a health star rating of 4. Although I find it really yummy and healthy, but it’s just a shame that they don’t sell these at major supermarkets like Coles & Woolworths since they’re not popular unlike the usual corn fritters that we see everywhere.

They match really well with these burgers/wraps alongside some potato puffs that I also brought the other day at IGA & they’re also healthy too with a similar star rating of 4 – how good is that for your next perfect lunch meal! It’s also perfect to see these potato puffs being dipped alongside some of your favourite sauce topping for parties & lunch or afternoon snacks.

I wish there is a recipe for this particular corn fritters where you can make them at home, especially for those who is allergic to dairy and eggs. However, if you can stop by a IGA or other independent supermarkets like Foodworks then see it for yourself as I hope you love it alongside these potato puffs as a side that you can cook at home.

You’ve got to try two amazing plant-based chicken ranges from Birds Eye, such as the plant-based chicken style tenders & chicken strips.

Not only they have a decent health star rating of 3.5 (tenders) – 4.5 (strips) out of five, but it has no artificial colours or flavours. Plus, they’re high in protein which is perfect for meat free Mondays during any day or night of the week, as well as those who rely on a vegan diet.

The plant-based chicken strips ain’t bad when I had the chance other day during dinner, which is great for pairing salads, noodles, pasta & rice alongside various vegetables & sauces. But for me, the plant-based chicken style tenders taste better when it comes to the delicious crumbs & the meat-free variety in it.

These meat-free tenders are even a better combination when making healthy sandwiches/burgers (here’s a picture alongside a few Mini Potato Cakes that I’ve covered last week here).

Make sure you cook them beforehand as per instructions regardless of your choice of cooking appliance, since these packages come in frozen. And you can select whichever Birds Eye plant-based chicken range you like that is available in stock right now for $6.50 at your local Coles supermarket here.
