Here’s a delicious and healthy way to start your day with the Orgran Vegan Easy Egg, which is an egg & dairy-free.

All you have to do is put a few teaspoons of the vegan egg powder into a small bowl as per packaging, then mix it up with a few drops of oil, as well as some salt & water, and you can put it straight onto a small non-stick pan with a spatula once you turn on the stove. Then you can simply flip it over a few times & turn off the heat once it’s ready with any wooden utensil you like.

Too easy!!

You can put on any vegan egg you also like the vegan egg sandwich I’ve made over the weekend alongside some lettuce, avocado & cherry tomatoes that is drizzled by tomato sauce. You can also use them as scrambled vegan eggs for lunch or dinner as well as salads, quiches, omelettes, frittatas & a whole lot more.

See it for yourself when you can have the egg-free variety at any time of the day thanks to Orgran!!

Here’s some awesome meat-free corn fritters that I brought off an independent supermarket the other day at IGA thanks to Bird’s Eye.

These corn fritters are nice & crispy on the outside, while they’re filled up with creamy corn kernels on the inside which gives a health star rating of 4. Although I find it really yummy and healthy, but it’s just a shame that they don’t sell these at major supermarkets like Coles & Woolworths since they’re not popular unlike the usual corn fritters that we see everywhere.

They match really well with these burgers/wraps alongside some potato puffs that I also brought the other day at IGA & they’re also healthy too with a similar star rating of 4 – how good is that for your next perfect lunch meal! It’s also perfect to see these potato puffs being dipped alongside some of your favourite sauce topping for parties & lunch or afternoon snacks.

I wish there is a recipe for this particular corn fritters where you can make them at home, especially for those who is allergic to dairy and eggs. However, if you can stop by a IGA or other independent supermarkets like Foodworks then see it for yourself as I hope you love it alongside these potato puffs as a side that you can cook at home.

If you want to taste mayo that is vegan, dairy free & even onion free, then you’re going to love this creamy sauce thanks to Celebrate Health.

They are a great match for burgers/sandwiches/wraps as well as chips and salads, especially when this kind of vegan mayo is mixed up with lemon which makes it an ideal healthy topping for your perfect side dish. And Here’s a picture below of my homemade air-fryer chips during lunch today on top of some dairy-free mayo.

Make sure you shake it well before use so you don’t spill out some beautiful mayo sauce. Plus, always store in the refrigerator once it’s opened & eventually finish consuming this product before the expiry date as labeled on the packaging.

I hope you loved it as much as I do & although they’re a bit more expensive, but it’s well worth your health during your morning, lunch or afternoon snack. You can go buy them for $6.30 at Woolworths, $5 at Coles & also various health shops online (be mindful that these shops cover some extra delivery costs as well).
