Australia v South Korea: Game 2 in Pool S of Rugby Sevens at the 2020 Summer Olympics

It’s a very easy game from the Australian Men’s Sevens side v South Korea 42-5 with so many tries on the board, especially when they bounced back after disappointment earlier today v Argentina.

Great to see Lachie Miller fire off the account with both big scores from the start of each half, while Josh Turner started this time rather than off the bench which is massive ahead of tomorrow’s game v New Zealand.

We’ll wait and see if this next encounter will keep their gold medal hopes alive & exit Pool A positively into the main quarter final.

And on Korea, I know they’re a country that is not popular with this sport, but they did make some great efforts especially in the opening few minutes that almost got ahead of Australia as well as the 2nd half only TRY from Andre Jin Coquillard.

Hopefully the sporting viewers over in Korea watching right now will begin to promote the love of rugby there after the Olympics.
