What do we have here? This week’s entree menu highlights reel coming from Port Charles in New York (fictional town).
There was Joss and Vaughn currently held hostage underground by Pascal at the Five Poppies Resort while Joss locked eyes with a very well alive Britt but then Britt quickly ran away from it anyway.
We saw the same with Ric also at Alexis Davis’s basement after Ric was smashed into the head by Ava when Ric froze her bank accounts that they’ve stolen off Alexis so he can have all the $$$ himself.
Also, Drew continues to cause chaos yet again this time at Stella along with Portia somehow went with another man following another heated argument with Curtis.
And we finish off the week and August too with someone lying around dead on the water at Pier 55 as discovered by two teenage boys Danny & Rocco.
Unexpected murder of Judge Eva Heran after being shot dead
At the start of this week’s GH quick preview video, Danny and Rocco discovered a dead body on water at Pier 55. It turns out to be Judge Heran, the one who gave Michael full custody of the kids under Jenz Sidwell’s orders – so she’s able to receive payment from him.
Can’t believe Sidwell is twisting Sonny behind closed doors so he could frame him as then Measure C could come his way after all regardless of Drew’s influence as a corrupt congressman.
Although Sidwell could pretty much blame his son Marco on that who did blow up the whole thing on Drew in which Drew then used that piece on information to try and blackmail Michael.
It’s so unfortunate Sidwell had no choice but to hunt down Heran first with a gun to her head before Sonny could ever get to Heran to stop this himself following the judge’s meeting with Detective Chase at Bobbie’s Diner.
Drew and Willow back together? Big mistake
Now that Drew and Willow knows about Sidwell pulling those strings on Judge Heran with thanks to Marco and Chase respectively, it’s been very little surprise that she has chosen to get back to him.
Although Nina still doesn’t get a pass but then Willow is the problem behind this as Drew’s mouthpiece anyway when it comes to getting her kids back in Wiley & Amelia.
Willow copying the exact looks of Liz is a disgrace to the legacy of the hospital and two, she always refuses to own up to her own actions. On Nina, she just sometimes who doesn’t know how to make the most out of her problem solving situations except keeping her mouth shut is the only thing Nina could do to herself when others badly need her help, which is a bad idea.
Meanwhile Drew? He will never learn by doing what’s best for himself, not for the people and his constituents.
Putting Curtis’s aunt Stella to potential jail time over fraud after he contacted Financial Services so he can feel good for himself that way is once again revenge.
It’s the same thing he did to Kai with his surgery when he and Trina were in love & he can never play Football again where Drew had that big stalking documentary guy following Kai’s every move also comes down to him – glad it never came onto the internet.
If the video clip did make it and Kai can’t play anymore, then everyone else would’ve been furious; but at least Kai is now up to his senses by being stuck in his “Dawn of Drew” trap.
As said, wait till Drew’s friend count get to zero and soon, he will run out of ammo to get what he wants in the same way he uses every piece of public services resource as a sitting member of congress.
By then either Curtis or Carly or even someone else will want to end Drew.
Will hate to see Cameron Mathison though but again, no can do since GH staff is behind the storylines and production.
Portia and Curtis? No more?
Amid Drew driving a wedge between Curtis and Portia, things were not so good unfortunately at rock bottom also this week.
It comes after Curtis had to look after his aunt Stella over a family emergency following Stella’s wrongful arrest by Financial Services with also thanks to Drew yet again for the wrong reasons.
I don’t understand though as to why Portia would react so odd when she accused Curtis on being his with ex Jordan more often than herself while Portia had previously hid Trina as Curtis’ long-lost daughter for a long time until 2023?
Not only that, when Curtis walked out the door that confirmed the end of Curtis and Portia together, Portia somehow decided to kiss and sleep with Isaiah.
All of this is to help herself escape the deadly situation Portia’s been finding extremely difficult after all the heartache and blackmail at least the start of 2025.
Maybe better to have a vacation someplace else by yourself then and come back extremely clean once Drew is no longer really in the picture walking around at the hospital wanting to pick on someone close to family who has extreme resentment against him on a leash.
Joss and Vaughn plus Ric all currently stuck in two separate basements & Molly knows what Kristina has really been up to
As of the 29th/30th August, both Joss and Vaughn as well as Ric Lansing currently being locked up in two separate places.
With Joss, hope she can find a way to get out of there sooner than later.
Vaughn wasn’t happy one bit when she gave Pascal that secret code to unlock the safe at Jack Brennan’s WSB office with the help of corrupt assistant Collette Moreau while Joss saw a very well alive Britt for the first time since Britt saved her life from “The Hook” Heather Webber two years ago but then Britt didn’t a say a word at all by quickly running off.
We all have a feeling though that Britt may as well use that burner phone to get to Jason and then it’s show time after all to have “Stone Cold” free Joss, Vaughn and Britt before the whole resort blows up.
Interesting to find out who Britt’s mysterious boss could be at large – could be Sidwell who poisoned Maxie (get well soon) or even someone else?
Oh yes on Ric, he did really want to put both Kristina and Ava in a cell real bad, if he had the advantage to turn into the PCPD.
But having been hit by Ava in the exact same way she did to Nikolas in the past, seems Ric is stuck with a ball gag for the time being.
Other than that, still not a pass Kristina because Molly now knows that she paid Cody off to woo Ava away from Ric so Ric can have a free ride with Liz, and then Ava might be forced to give all the money back to Alexis into the Cassadine Estate funds.
Although Ric currently has them all 100% after all this blackmail as Alexis and Kristina decided to ignore him away from
the basement in revenge of his own plot by using the Cassadine millions to process these bonds himself which he may not be able to activate it after one month’s time.
I know Molly and Kristina may not always get along as sisters together considering their own dads hate each other but one can spot the difference better than the other.
That would be Molly being a fair and unbiased ADA as her day job suggests while Kristina even though she’s gone through a lot of hurt should resist any anger to hurt people at all costs.
Enough said.

Details remain to be seen but looks like he will be back to CBS where he was once there before on As The World Turns from 2003 upon its end of tenure back in 2010.
