GH this week 26-30 Jan. 2026: It’s Freezing Cold Down There!

GH this week 26-30 Jan. 2026: Ross Cullum spotted Joss from behind at Wyndamere.

Geez, That was freezing cold! No wonder plans have been shifting like tectonic plates across Port Charles on this week’s GH weekly recap edition.

We saw a few kisses amongst couples that’s hot, a few mind games in the middle and lashing out in frustration gone boiling cold — all under the one Spoon Island power cut on freezing snowy weather.

Make sure you stay updated with Sports Benches being the place to be for your weekly GH content once every weekend.

Good time for the Aussie viewers to check out when the people of GH feel colder than ever unlike other soaps, that’s one unrivalled and unmatched right there.

While the people of Port Charles try to survive brutal weather conditions, things are blistering hot over at Melbourne Park as the Australian Open Tennis heads toward an exciting finish at Rod Laver Arena.

2026 Aus Open Tennis: Part 2 sees the best of the middle to lead up Finals matches.

It’s will be 2023 women’s final re-match of Aryna Sabalenka v Elena Rybakina first up later on followed by Carlos Alcaraz v Novak Djokovic for the men’s crown tomorrow night.

Can’t wait as we will also be there to witness them all going into next week.

First Love at Cold Sight!! Part 1: Teens and Young Adults

Let’s start with the teens to young adults, they go first.

That would be Danny and Charlotte when Charlotte needed a listening ear following Nina’s betrayal thanks to her co-operation with Jack Brennan. Thank god Brennan didn’t realise that Charlotte’s papa was hiding somewhere at Carly’s place, even though he noticed two people drinking the same scotch whiskey.

The good news is Danny & Charlotte kissed for the first time before they managed to clear the air with Rocco for some marshmallows.

Then there’s Gio and Emma who couldn’t to help Tracy out to retrieve her family’s belongings due to the snowstorm, which gave them more feel good time together.

Lovebirds watch Part 2: Adults Second

It was surprising to see her and Martin talk like proper adults, with Tracy even giving Martin some love advice following his bad luck of three exes plus Lucy.

At least the popcorn treat he had wasn’t so dramatic after all when Tracy first opened the key to Drew’s home.

We also saw Nathan & Lulu shared their first kiss stuck while in a cafe, what does it mean for Maxie?

Is Nathan still who he really is? knowing Cullum allegedly brought back two Faison siblings along with Britt from the dead.

We’ll have to wait and see when Maxie returns next month after Kristen Storms’ (her portrayer) long few months absence in between relocating from LA to TN.

Last but not least, Molly’s romantic world with that handsome gentleman Cody Bell suffered a huge hit — just like getting smacked in the head by a snowball.

It comes after Cody read her manuscript since she’s an aspiring fiction author and unfortunately, he’s not impressed.

Thank you Kristina for the advice though lol. In the meantime, everyone else decided sleep on their own ways — from Valentin upstairs in Carly’s attic to Trina staying upset with Portia unfortunately.

The winter games start next weekend & if Valentin’s there, he should fly over to Milano-Cortina. Maybe luge, biathlon or figure skating? you decide.

At least he has a better chance of survival skills for gold over the WSB lol.

Mind Games

Couldn’t fit in Britt and Jason above but here’s the good news. Jason has once again became her saviour when he pulled her out from the freezing cold snowstorm into a warm and safe setting.

From there, Britt managed to tell Jason everything like how Agent Cullum kept her alive as a two-way deal with Sidwell — the guy behind Dalton’s death.

GH this week headline for 17-21 Nov. 2025 sees Dalton meet his own end against Sidwell in front of Britt Westbourne in Wyndamere.

Big change from wanting to file a restraining order against Jason to Jason being her protector from all danger.

Looking at Ross Cullum aka “C” now, we saw Cullum and Josslyn Jacks together after dark in the same iconic Cassadine built living room that Sidwell owns now at Wyndamere — the home of the haunted.

There’s a book that looks like Anna Devane on the front cover, a chess board and a few blankets.

GH this week 12-16 Jan. 2026 sees someone stopping Anna in its tracks.

But still, Joss is playing a dangerous game who’s only there anyway thanks to Brennan — despite defying his orders and she also cut off electricity in Spoon Island.

Would’ve loved to see a chess contest with Joss saying “I win” over Cullum and she gets to shoot him.

That would count as another winter sport highlight — just not an official Winter Games event. Maybe biathlon should suit Joss more than her real-life beach volleyball background? interesting career change there.

Unfortunately, as Joss falls asleep, it’s unclear going into next week or two with Cullum still awake and ready to throw her into the cage like Anna…or maybe not?

Be careful Joss. She now knows what Brennan is really up to with Cullum that will put her mom on the line having eavesdropped close by at Pier 55.
