GH this week 8-12 Dec. 2025, Unexpected Developments

GH this week 8-12 Dec. 2025 sees Dante, Nathan and Turner reviewing new footage of Willow not far from Drew's home.

There were unexpected new developments that puts Port Charles on notice as part of GH’s weekly recap edition this week.

We first saw Valentin parachuting his way out of a jet who was supposed to be transferred from International prison to Domestic prison. Then the PCPD had a hard time choosing between Curtis and Willow. And what’s also even harder is Sidwell’s increased hostile influence having caught out Sonny & Laura lately.

As always, Sports Benches has the latest for your GH weekly recap posts where we look back at all those key moments through the course of every week.

Especially for Aussies so whether if you’re a soap fan coming from Home & Away, Neighbours, Bold, Days or Y & R — happy for you to get along.

Australian Test Cricket Summer 2nd Test of 25-26 sees Steve Smith smashing runs down the park against arch-rival Jofra Archer of England at Brisbane's Gabba ground.

Plus we also have our summer series of sports reports in-motion with the second Ashes test also went the Aussie’s way already v England in Test Cricket.

Willow v Curtis on the “Who Shot Drew?” Suspect race

This is getting really tight in this two-horse race on “Who Shot Drew?”

We thought it was Curtis but glad he’s good to walk free from jail after he was arrested the other day for lying to police so he can protect himself & his family.

What’s next for Curtis? He will be up against Isaiah when it comes as the father behind Portia’s unborn child.

That leaves Willow as the one and only favourite.

GH this week November 24-26, 2025: Drew proposes to Willow again and she said yes on the way to GH with Liz.

To be honest, her “hubby” Drew Cain will not be wanting to hear this, who loves constantly making vendettas v Michael & Curtis, just for his own taste ever since he’s a congressman.

It comes following today’s episode where Nathan, Dante and ADA Turner saw footage of Willow not far from Drew’s home & her original statement doesn’t say she was walking alone and driving around town.

Not only that, the PCPD has decided that Willow will have to face trial after all come next week.

Told ya it’s ain’t Michael or Curtis even though they look angry. And as for Nina, unfortunately, looks like it will be another unlucky occasion for her daughter Willow to take the fall once again — just like her other daughter Nelle back in 2020-21.

Also, Nina shouldn’t go too hard when it comes to former sex worker turned receptionist Jacinda Bracken.

If anything, I’d rather have the ref look at Nina so she doesn’t have to report Jacinda & Michael to HR.

Poor Nina if Willow’s unable to be exonerated based on what Willow said last week ahead of her “wedding”. She does not have to love Drew but would rather put the kids first ahead of being with men.

GH this week, 28 July-1 August 2025: Willow walks out on Drew. Wedding cancelled after she found out that he slept with her mom Nina.

The talk of the town: Valentin’s back

So there we have it! Valentin Cassadine is back in Port Charles hiding inside Carly’s attic & the authorities can’t catch him.

He sure did beat down those guards on the way out of being transferred to a state prison from Switzerland.

Can’t get enough of Valentin’s comedic genius when he first broke into Carly’s home with a shock surprise that resonated James Patrick Stuart’s (Valentin’s portrayer) strong history of sitcoms.

What it will mean for Jack Brennan and also Valentin’s daughter Charlotte?

Sure we will see another World Heavyweight bout soon with Valentin this time eventually taking down Brennan in revenge.

For Charlotte, she’s well used to being on the run with her father that Lulu won’t be one bit happy to try and keep her safe.

General Hospital

GH this week sees Jack Brennan taking Valentin away to Switzerland after being caught by him as the WSB Station Chief.

Lulu would not even hesitate to take Valentin & untrustworthy Brennan down herself if she could any day of the week.

But here’s the thing, Lulu and Dante shouldn’t be any unluckier than this after what happened to Rocco lately as well as Charlotte time & time again.

Yet their resentments against those who try to take their own children away will hurt a lot more than they actually realise.

But probably the main reasons why Valentin’s back are:

  • A) definitely wants to take Brennan down to spare more hurt with Carly & Josslyn.
  • B) also looking to free Anna Devane out of an underground cage from Wyndamere.

He hasn’t seen Sidwell yet but look out for that perfectly speaking Frenchman Pascal.

I guess as that responsibility to take down Sidwell will be handled by someone else next up in this GH weekly recap edition.

Sidwell’s free ride after he punished both Sonny & Laura full of torturous blackmail

Since Sonny and Laura are currently stuck under Sidwell’s orders, Sonny has decided to sell his piers to Sidwell.

That way, Sidwell gets what he wants in Port Charles while Jason and Sonny have different Pier covered elsewhere.

Sounds like business has gone Sidwell’s way then?

He did host a meeting the other day for Deception Cosmetics with his desire to slash costs by bringing his own resources to Sonny’s place.

No surprise that Lucy is still siding with Sidwell once again who has a history of tasty and flirty rich men — only for Lucy to trapped like Victor Cassadine did a few years ago.

But hey, it’s all Sidwell wanting to be the main man taking over Port Charles with the hope of Faison’s final project ready to go.

In the meantime, that sale we hope is just a trap for Sidwell to try and make the most out of the city’s prized possession.

Then someone like Sonny would walk out of nowhere before Sidwell could finally meet his own end.

We don’t know when but it’s coming fast soon enough likewise with the mystery identity who shot Drew Cain off Edward Quartermaine’s pistol.

It’s not the first and second time Sonny and Laura have been trapped in worse places before as sure they can do it again the third time.

Also happy to hear that Britt will get her OBG-YN licence back after she saved the lives of both Ned (heart attack) and Portia (with the health status of her unborn child).

Now it’s up to Lucas, who recommended the GH board to help Britt re-gain her license, to start thinking twice about Marco. No wonder Marco’s been acting bodyguard like his father more than late “sorry” mom Natalia to Britt in her suite at Bobbie’s.

Yes, Marco does care deeply about his boyfriend. At the same time, maybe he’s also asking Pascal to set up a trap for Lucas from behind — so he can’t get out of Wyndamere.

GH this week picture sees Liz reacting to the news of Britt Westbourne resurfaced somehow as alive again following two years away.

Stay tuned onto the next GH weekly recap edition. On that note, let’s hope Liz will be okay with the best eye care who had issues with her eyelids from mites lately.
