General Hospital Today, October 5-10 2025: One rollercoaster ride

Gotta say it’s been such a wild ride with shocking reactions as if we hopped into that roller coaster all week long within the Port Charles area on this week’s edition of General Hospital today.

We had Tracy constantly barking at Monica’s sister or fake sister Veronica aka Ronnie 24/7 to the bigger movements on the investigation shooting at Drew Cain. 

We also saw someone unexpectedly got pregnant following an affair while young lovebirds Emma and Gio confessed their own feelings after all. 

Same with Carly and Brennan despite Joss confessing to her mom that Vaughn is an WSB training guy the other day.

However, that was Joss doing Brennan’s bidding anyway to keep quiet.

And don’t forget Sonny and ADA Turner too despite her own reservations amid with the possibility of his son Michael under the radar through the persons of interest as to who shot Drew Cain?

General Hospital headline starts with Tracy v Ronnie

We couldn’t believe that Tracy Q was more shocked than ever throughout this week following the news on Monica’s will that her sister Ronnie gets the keys to the Qs home even though it was originally promised to Michael Corinthos III.

Although the rest of the family members were quite receptive, not so much if it’s just Tracy — who wants to get rid of her so bad as if she rolled off Drew away on a wheelchair at Monica’s funeral 1-2 weeks ago. 

We get why Tracy is so irate thinking that Monica’s will was forged by Ronnie with Ronnie also not really part of her life having not seen her sister for the past half-century. 

Not even the background check that Lulu did on Ronnie also the recent exchange letters between both “sisters” was enough to change Tracy’s mind.

Turns out she is still indeed Monica’s sister living in a modest income at a normal home – not quite like Monica’s fancy mansion though at 65 Harbor View Road.

All Ronnie has achieved was being a waitress along with that pie baking contest win in Durham a long time ago, that’s it.

What’s more that’s it is that Tracy will dig deeper since Ronnie’s portrayer Erika Slezak is on a short-term spell as pondering how this will play out:

1. Michael will buy the home off Ronnie as originally promised and she goes back to her normal life while still able to visit family.
2. Tracy finds something she always wanted from her family lawyer and seems that she’s right about Ronnie being a scam after all. Hint: Here comes Tracy’s other nemesis, Enter Martin Grey.

It could be any of these two things but so far Ronnie’s not really making much trouble to everyone except Tracy herself.

The latest on the shooting at Drew Cain

We’ve lost our minds right there when Liz was taken to the PCPD by Anna after a gun that belongs to Edward Q was found at her home but why? 

Seems her house guest was probably behind this but should be that Fake Liz in Willow who should be locked up when Anna saw the footage on the night of Drew’s shooting and there was no Nina having a walk with her daughter, wow!!

If someone had real access to the Qs estate when Willow trespassed these premises to have her hands on Sasha’s baby Daisy, surely she would do the same exact thing this time by inheriting one of the Qs family weapons before she used it to shoot her former partner the next. 

Wait till Drew finds out that he was somehow stabbed in the back by Willow when his revenge schemes at both Michael and Curtis were just outright ridiculous and also unnecessary.

So while Willow can have limited visitation time with her kids Wiley and Amelia supervised by a family therapist, her time on the run as a supposedly fit young mother won’t last long unless some ghost with a shadow of very short hair did it.

If the shooter was Michael, he’d be locked up at Pentonville for a long time with little to no screen time anyway — so unlikely and definitely not Curtis either.

Love birds talk both ways but sometimes one

We got good news beginning with Emma and Gio. Despite their own doubts following their first ever kiss together, Gio and Emma decided to continue after all but with Gio rather fulfilling his own independence so he can support himself.

But then not so much when it comes to Portia following her affair with Isaiah that no one else knows about just yet and here she is now confirmed as pregnant.

Yes, the divorce papers will begin as soon for Portia and Curtis to go their separate ways as Drew’s shooter is found. But boy, we’re all set for another wild ride with Curtis and family where daughter Trina & his dad Marshall will be be right out of their minds.

Has the switch lights gone off or on yet with relationships?

We also had some on/off relationship news like Carly and Brennan still in it together even though Carly was mad at him about Vaughn being an WSB agent that puts her daughter’s safety at risk.

We already know Josslyn is no stronger to life-threatening situations before like the one at The Five Poppies in Croatia recently where she and Vaughn were tied up by Pascal before Jason saved them.

Wish we could seen more of Joss and Vaughn together where Brennan forbids it but surely it’s up to someone like Jason to take him down before everyone else knows about it — and eventually to Carly someday but we’ll see before it gets worse and there will be a whole lot hell to pay.

Even Britt wants to tell everyone about Joss being WSB sooner than later unless Joss upgrades her stay from Bobbie’s Diner to the finest Metro Court hotel.

Looks like Britt is living rent free lol coming from one of the best yappers in Port Charles, good luck with that or else she will be locked up in Switzerland for the rest of her life by Brennan. She also knew that Nathan was alive all along who has recollection over the past seven years other than doing his dad’s bidding and yet she’s definitely hiding something for sure.

Also Sonny playing poker cards with ADA Turner then? 

Justine goes by the book and tries her best but she has also put in such a typo with that search warrant paperwork to the Qs estate and the gun was missing until it was found at Liz’s home whereas Sonny is doing everything he can to protect not just his son Michael but also Justine too. 

She may be one tiny bit ruthless as Brennan but sure it’s a love match to savour between her and Sonny, especially with Sidwell still having unfinished business to try and get rid of Sonny’s larger than life influence in revenge for Natalia’s death so he can take over the Piers that Sonny owns at Piers 55 & 56.
